At Raw Moments Media, we believe in the power of art and story to capture life’s raw, messy, and magical moments. Over the next 12 months, we’ll be working on projects that bring words and illustrations together — and we’d love you to be part of it.

Whether you’re an illustrator, designer, or creative storyteller, there’s a place for your work here.

1. A Quiet Becoming – The Book

Our first book is written and commencing illustrations! Each chapter reflects on the first year of motherhood — its highs, lows, and everything in between. We’re looking for illustrators to bring these words to life in a gentle, textured, and emotional style.

2. A Poem by My Daughter

This heartfelt poem (written by my daughter) will be one of our first family collaborations. We’re looking for an illustrator to interpret it visually, either as:

  • a standalone illustrated poster,

  • a short picture-style book, or

  • a feature in our upcoming zine.

3. Journal

We’re developing a tactile, beautiful journal with a fabric or recycled material cover. Inside will be prompts for reflection, pages for writing, and scattered illustrations to inspire. Illustrators will help create a calming, reflective feel.
